We are committed to building individual, group, and organizational capacity to incorporate equity, promote justice and increase effectiveness with staff, members, customers, and other constituents. Our organizational and leadership services include EIJ consultation, organization-wide assessments, strategic planning,  keynotes, and trainings. We offer standard and fully customized training services, from day-long training modules to short workshops. We also coach following working sessions to support the implementation and the building of your new racially equitable and inclusive culture.

1. EIJ Consulting Partnership - This means we will work together for 2-3 years to identify your organization's goals, equity action plan, vision (a statement of what you ultimately want the organization to become when the plan is fully implemented), strategies, indicators, and specific actions to achieve each strategy.
2. Ending Bias Bigotry and Racism: Skills and Strategies You Can Use - This 1-day workshop will enable you to develop skills and strategies to dismantle hatred towards historically disadvantaged, marginalized, and oppressed people. You’ll learn key terms, history, racial and cultural lens, and communication methods. You’ll also develop the ability and equanimity to recognize and deal with racism, bigotry, and prejudice whenever encountered.
3. Challenging White Supremacy: Understanding Power, Privilege, and Oppression - This 2-day workshop will deepen awareness and create conditions to support racial equity. Including but not limited to the history of racism and movements, core concepts of racial equity and structural racism, rise of anti-semetism and whitenationalism, whiteness, white privilege, and intersectionality
4. How to Talk With Kids About Race - This five-hour workshop to learn and discuss skills on talking with kids about race. This workshop is open to ages 16 and above, none of us are ever too young or too old to learn. Children as young as 6 months of age can discern skin color differences. How can you as a parent, caregiver, or teacher educate the children in your lives about race in a way that’s not awkward or difficult?
5. Customized Curriculum - This allows us to personalize a curriculum to meet the needs of your group, allowing for collaboration on the goals and content of the workshop.
6. Keynote - 1 to 2 hours of tailored talks designed to educate, challenge, and inspire audiences to shift their thinking and create change.
7. Coaching - We offer EIJ leadership coaching for individuals and organizations advocating for racial equity including coaching on EIJ strategy and execution, measuring EIJ, discrimination, organizational culture, and managing your EIJ role
8. Talent Search - We can help your organization or business market to and recruit from a diverse, talented pool of candidates. We will help search for candidates, conduct screening interviews, and offer advice and guidance through the recruitment process
