Tell the Senate: Do Your Job

  • Bozeman Public Library, Large Community Rm 626 East Main Street Bozeman, MT, 59715 United States (map)

The American people deserve a judicial system that works; and that means a fully functional Supreme Court. With over 300 days remaining in President Obama's term, there is more than enough time for the Senate to hold hearings and give a qualified nominee an up or down vote. The Senate must stop the obstruction, and do their job as laid out in the Constitution. Join Organizing for Action and The Montana Racial Equity Project, as we make our voices heard and demand that the Senate hold a fair hearing and a timely vote on President Obama's Supreme Court nominee.

Our speakers include: Judith Heilman, from The Montana Racial Equity Project; Jan Young of the League of Women Voters; Kristen Walser of the Bozeman Climate Change Partners. We hope you can come and join us in making our voices heard!

The Montana Racial Equity Project will point out the reviews that our Supreme Court has under review and pending that affect racial minorities.
