Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Facilitator
WHO WE ARE
The Montana Racial Equity Project (MTREP), a 501c3 nonprofit, advocates equity and justice for historically and currently disenfranchised and oppressed peoples in Montana. We lift the voices and elevate the agency of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and other People of Color primarily through education, workshops, and activating antiracist organizers, leaders, individuals, groups, organizations, institutions, etc. We do this to invest in interrupting racism, bigotry, and prejudice whenever and wherever encountered, particularly through education reform, health and well-being reform, equity, inclusion, and justice outreach and consulting. For more information on The Montana Racial Equity Project, visit our website at www.TheMTREP.org.
The Montana Racial Equity Project is currently expanding its team of facilitators!
If you are an experienced facilitator and have a deep understanding of terminology and concepts related to racial equity, access, diversity, and inclusion, we would welcome your application. Due to the nature of our work and the shared experiences that are unique to BIPOC communities, we provide multiracial teams for all workshop and facilitation sessions, comprised of one BIPOC and one white facilitator. Anyone who is invited to join The Montana Racial Equity Project’s facilitation team will also receive training and participate in observation sessions on how to deliver a variety of sessions in accordance with our facilitation standards.
Rates range from a flat rate of $200.00 (two hours) - $600 (six hours) per session and are contingent upon facilitators’ experience and length of session(s) delivered. Facilitators are paid as independent contractors and will be responsible for the payment of their own taxes.
No phone calls. Please send inquiries or questions to: email@example.com
Please send an email of interest and attach a resume as applicable by August 24th. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled.
The MTREP values diversity and strives to create an anti-racist existence. People who can speak to their lived experience around racial inequity, oppression, and institutional and systemic racism are strongly encouraged to apply. We are excited to work with someone who can continue turning our mission into reality. You will be joining a highly skilled multi-racial team embedded in multiple identities and communities; ours is a welcoming, supportive, and affirming space.
